The Sherlock is our new tandem harness for pilots. With split leg loops, it is easy-to-use, comfortable and durable. It offers two protector options: preformed airbag and foam, depending on the pilot’s preference. It is ideal for long tandem flights.

Safety: what’s your preference?

The Sherlock offers the possibility of using two types of protector: airbag or foam.

The new airbag protector, pre-inflated at launch thanks to the incorporated Nitinol rods, keeps its shape in any situation. It guarantees maximum safety with excellent results during impact tests.

Although the airbag already provides outstanding protection, the Sherlock also comes with a foam protector –divided into 2 parts– that is placed inside the airbag.

The harness is certified with and without the foam protector. Relax in flight with a technologically advanced protector that fits your preferences.

Comfort assured

The Sherlock offers a high level of comfort for long working days. The semi-rigid structure of the backrest and seat mould perfectly to the body and provide excellent support. The harness is very compact and ergonomic, with split leg loops and support right down to the knees.

Durable and robust

It offers a good compromise between light weight (from 2.80 kg) and durability. Made of durable materials for use on an infinite number of flights. In addition, the cover protecting the airbag can be replaced in the event of damage.

Functional and easy-to-use

The Sherlock has been designed with the aim of integrating every detail, ensuring that everything is in its place, with no element protruding. For example, it has camera pockets on both sides of the harness, so you can store your camera where it suits you best.

Integrated parachute

The Sherlock has space for an integrated emergency parachute, placed at the rear of the backrest and easily accessible. The parachute's V-bridle is also fully integrated into the shoulder straps, significantly enhancing practicality.

Simple and fast

The T-Lock system that secures the pilot in the harness consists of two Edelrid buckles. This system has been specially designed to offer maximum safety and simplicity.

Space and accessibility

The design includes several practical compartments: a large back pocket for storage and side pockets for photographic equipment (cameras, SD cards, etc.) designed for quick and safe access.

A zip has also been added to allow direct access to the airbag and where you can store the Koli Bag, our ultra-fast packing bag (although be aware that the airbag protector can be damaged if misused).
