The repair is instigated by the customer’s online order, where they select one or more services on this page, and proceed to shipping the harness to our service centre. On receipt of the harness, we carry out an exhaustive inspection of the fault, detecting any damage or wear and tear. We then propose a final, detailed and costed solution to the customer, who decides whether or not to proceed with the repair. If everything is in order, the harness is returned (at the customer's expense) in perfect condition.
How long the repair takes depends on the damage, the type of repair and the workload of our workshop. Normally, for standard repairs, the approximate time from when we receive your harness until we return it to you repaired is 10-15 working days. Please note that this duration may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
