During some hiking with my parents in my childhood I saw paragliders for the first time. In that moment I was sure that I will try this sport one day. When I took off and my feet left the ground for the first time during paragliding training in 2020, I immediately realised that this sport will be an essential part of my life. 

In the beginning I planned to use the paraglider just for hike & fly but after a few days I had my first thermal flight and then it was clear to me, paragliding is more than just gliding down a mountain. Luckily, I live in the Austrian Pre-Alps, which offer flyable conditions during the whole year. I have more than five take-off spots within walking distance from my home.

Since the beginning of my flying career, I’ve trained very hard to gain a high skill level, so I’m able to handle my wings also in very demanding conditions. In 2023 I made my first podium in a big hike & fly race, by hiking only 14 km and flying over 130 km. 

My goals for the next years are to maximise my airtime and fly as much as possible and for sure to improve my flying skills to be able to compete with the best.
