Information regarding the parachute container of the Konvers 3
At Niviuk, the safety and quality of our products are always our top priorities. During routine inspections, we have observed that, in certain isolated cases, the extraction of the parachute container from the Konvers 3 may not occur smoothly when performed with a fully horizontal pull.
However, the system responds efficiently when the extraction is carried out with an upward pull or at an approximate 45-degree angle –this being the usual direction during both real-life deployment scenarios and certification processes.

As a preventive measure and part of our continuous improvement efforts, we are providing a new parachute container for all distributed Konvers 3 units at no cost. This update enhances the usability of the system under any circumstance, as can be seen in the following infographic:
